Driver's age: Driver must be 25 years old.
Driver's license: International or national driver's license issued at least 1 year prior to rental date.
Rental time: Minimum rental time is one (1) day (24 hours). Each hour in excess is calculated at 1/6 renting of the daily rate.
Method of payment: 20% deposit of the total estimated amount is required, and the settlement of the account upon return of the car. When payment is made by credit card, the total amount of the rental is charged upon return of the car. A credit card is required for all rentals, regardless if Renter finally pays by cash.
Traffic fines: The renter assumes full responsibility for traffic violations and pays the respective fines.

Fuel: Gasoline (only unleaded) is paid by the Renter. The car is delivered with full tank. Do not forget to return the car with full tank to avoid extra charges.
Car type changes: GeM Car Rentals has the right, in exceptional cases, to change the car type upon delivery.
Additional driver: All additional drivers should be registered at the beginning of the rental period, so that they are covered by insurance.
Additional equipment: Baby seats, roof racks and special dock connectors for all Ipod types are available. Please ask for any additional equipment upon reservation. Charges for any additional equipment are paid at rental time. |

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Provided the Renter accepts CDW and pays the daily charge, only then is his liability limited for any damages caused to the rented car, to the following non-waivable amounts:

€ 000, cat. Α, A1 € 20/daily
€ 500, cat. D, D1, E € 15/daily
€ 000, cat. D, D1, E € 30/daily
€ 750, cat. F € 18/daily
€ 000, cat. F € 36/daily
Theft Protection Coverage (TPC): Provided the Renter accepts TPC and pays the daily charge, only then is his liability limited for total or partial loss / theft of the rented car, to the following non-waivable amounts:
€ 500, cat. Α, A1 € 3/daily
€ 750, cat. D, D1, E € 4,5/daily
€ 1.000, cat. F € 6/daily
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Personal accident insurance provides coverage up to € 20.000 for the driver and each passenger in case of death, total or partial disability, and up to € 1.000 for hospital expenses. The daily charge is € 2,5.
In case the Renter does not accept CDW or/and TPC then he is responsible for any damage or/and total or partial loss / theft caused to the rented car up to the total value of the car and any additional expenses.
